Jaybird City2Surf Running Program


Jaybird has teamed up with Andrew Pap, owner of the Everyday 365 online fitness program to give all ‘Jaybird Squad Runners’ a FREE six week running program and end-to-end experience. Andrew has competed in numerous running races from 10 km dashes to 250 km ultras and he wants to bring his experience both on and off the track to best prepare yourself to not only become a better runner but enjoy running.

The program also offers members to join the Jay Squad Facebook group for direct access to Andrew for Q & A plus a plethora of running videos that cover suitable footwear, sports nutrition, supplementation, training, motivation and accountability.
