Objective: Get an Easy Run In

EASY RUN – Build your aerobic base to improve your body's overall capacity to run further and recover quicker.

Ensure you run with easy effort or conversational pace. Pending on your current fitness and conditioning aim to run for a minimum of 60-90 minutes. Aim to increase duration if you are running for longer within your race.

Best to find a spot that you can enjoy the scenery and views. As the easier effort affords you the ability to relax and focus on form.
